Musical Instrument Museum

The Musical Instrument Museum began as the dream of Robert Ulrich, the CEO of Target. His vision was to create the world’s first global musical instrument museum. The logo that was developed for the museum was the basic for the architecture. The pallet and imagery worked to telegraph the global nature of the experience as the project went from vision to reality. Elements included a brochure and letterhead, style guide and capital campaign brochure which included global music. The identity was carried into the museum through the signing package as well as a grand opening campaign and website design.
