David Wagner began his career at the Horst Education Center as a hairstylist. It was there he met Horst Rechelbacher founder of the Aveda Corporation. Now the owner and Daymaker of Juut SalonSpa, David had a vision of creating a line of haircare products under the name Leela. The name is Sanskrit for “The art of divine play”. The designs were created to feel light, beautiful and peaceful. The project included brand position, packaging program, launch materials and in-salon window displays.
